We started Bridge Advisory because we got tired of watching good companies struggle with bad HR decisions. Bridge Advisory started in 2013 when our founder got frustrated watching talented companies fail because of people problems. Not budget problems. Not market problems. People problems. She believed there had to be a better way to help businesses navigate hiring, retention, and team dynamics. Fast forward to today and we've worked with 47 companies across different industries.
